URL limits
Share cards prefer reconstructable query strings (for example /compare?tab=councils&councils=a,b or /share?v=1&kind=…). Soft limit is ~1800 characters; watchlist shares encode up to 40 item ids and may drop bills / trim lists if the URL would grow longer. Saved names live only in localStorage — the share URL does not include your custom title.
